Mr. Bob Cross currently serves as Vice President of Plant Operations for GFG. In this role, he oversees all operations of the GFG manufacturing facility in Atlanta, which produces products for both the Great American Cookies and Pretzelmaker brands.

Prior to being named to his current position, Mr. Cross led all elements, including marketing and operations, of the Great American Cookies business as the Brand Director.

Mr. Cross brings more than 25 years of highly specialized experience in the restaurant and food service industry to GFG, including nearly two decades with Arby's, Inc. While at Arby's, Inc., he served in a variety of capacities including Vice President of Business Development for North America and was responsible for multiple functions including business development, operations, training, and concept development.

Mr. Cross' operational experience is also derived directly from his time as a restaurant franchisee of several Arby's and Fazoli's locations in the Atlanta area.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Potsdam.
