Global Franchise Group, LLC announced today the opening of the first Great American Cookies and Marble Slab Creamery locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The locations opened as one
co-branded store on January 30, 2011 in the Mall of Arabia. The co-branded store is owned and operated by ZAD Modern Company Ltd, and opened under a master franchise agreement with DRH
Group, Inc., which provides for a total of 20 new stores over the next 10 years.

The expansion into Saudi Arabia marks an expanded presence in a total of five Middle Eastern countries for the Marble Slab Creamery brand and three Middle Eastern countries for Great
American Cookies brand. The Mall of Arabia is one of the largest shopping centers in Saudi Arabia with three floors and more than 330 stores and is located in the major commercial city

During the opening at the Mall of Arabia, ZAD Modern Company Ltd. hosted mascots for both brands which posed for photos with customers, distributed coupons and free samples and utilized
flyer distribution and banner displays throughout the mall to alert shoppers to the new store. ZAD Modern Company Ltd is also conducting customer research at the Mall of Arabia location
which will be used to further customize the customer experience for the Saudi Arabian market.
