CONCORD, Calif. – Sept. 6, 2018 – Talk about a fantasy line-up! Round Table Pizza®, DraftKings and PEPSI® are partnering to send one lucky fan to the 2019 big game in Atlanta with the Ultimate Fantasy Football Throwdown Contest*. Customers who purchase a Round Table Pizza DraftKings bundle (a Large Specialty Pizza and two 20-ounce bottles for carryout or delivery, or, two fountain Pepsi beverages for dine-in), will be eligible to win weekly cash prizes and the opportunity to win VIP tickets, airfare and hotel for two to the 2019 big game. The bundle costs $25 and weekly cash contests run every Sunday from September 9 through November 11, 2018. The VIP Championship Contest will take place the week of November 18, 2018.

Customers can purchase the bundle via dine-in, carry out or delivery, and directions to receive a DraftKings entry code through SMS text will be printed on the receipt. After visiting the contest site and inputting their entry code, customers will create an account and draft their ultimate fantasy football lineup. Winners with the top line-ups each week will receive their share of $1,000 (top weekly prize is $25). In addition to the weekly contests, customers who enter the code on the website will also receive one entry into the VIP Championship Contest, held the week of November 18. The customer who comes in first place in the VIP Championship Contest will win the trip to the big game in Atlanta.

Before her time with Mellow Mushroom, Annica was Vice President of Marketing for Mcalister’s Corporation and she spent the early part of her career at a prominent advertising agency in Mobile Alabama. She is graduate of Samford University in Birmingham where she earned her Bachelors in Marketing and MBA in Economics.

Sam Patterson

Patterson came to Global Franchise Group in April 2020 from FOCUS Brands where he served as Senior Vice President of Accounting. For the last eleven years, he was responsible for leading financials for Cinnabon, Carvel, Schlotzsky’s, Moe’s Southwest Grill, McAlister’s Deli, Auntie Anne’s and Jamba Juice. He directed the organization through the transfer and integration of all accounting back-office functions for Auntie Anne’s from Pennsylvania, McAlister’s Deli from Mississippi, and Jamba Juice from Texas to Atlanta and converted a brand-centric accounting structure into a shared services organization. Before his time with FOCUS, he was Senior Vice President & Corporate Controller for Movie Gallery/Hollywood Video (NASDAQ: MOVI & MVGR), Vice President and Corporate Controller for Republic National Cabinet Corporation, and Corporate Controller for Wolverine Tube, Inc. (NYSE: WLV). He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant, holds a master’s in business administration from Auburn University, and is a graduate of the University of Texas, Tyler.
